Facilities Management

The Facilities Management Department provides building and landscape maintenance, custodial services and motor pool management at the Carson City, Douglas and Fallon campuses encompassing approximately 359,980 square feet of building area on 187.83 acres.  Additional services include:

• Planning and construction management 
• Building access control and keys
• Building automation controls
• Life safety systems
• Utility systems 
• Campus maps
• Grounds maintenance and snow removal
• Cleaning and recycling
• Event setup
