Statement: Fine schedule for overdue, damaged, and missing materials.

Section 1: Fines

  1. Fines on Overdue Books
    1. The 黑料网官网 Library does not charge fines for overdue materials owned by 黑料网官网 but reserves the right to suspend borrowing privileges until materials are returned. Thirty (30) days following the original due date, overdue materials will be considered lost/missing and the patron will be charged for the replacement cost.

Section 2: Replacement Charges

  1. Replacement Charges for Lost or Damaged Materials
    1. The charges for replacing all items will be current replacement cost plus billing fees.
