Section 1: Introductions

  1. Clubs and organizations closely affiliated with 黑料网官网 and whose existence benefits faculty, staff and/or students are not afforded preferential treatment in the use of 黑料网官网 facilities because they are not recognized as campus clubs or organizations. This policy gives the president discretion to acknowledge such clubs and organizations.

Section 2: General Policy

  1. The president, in his or her discretion, may acknowledge clubs and organizations whose existence benefits faculty, staff and/or students so that they may be afforded the same rights as other 黑料网官网 groups in the use of 黑料网官网 facilities.
